“There are times when life can get in a bit of a pickle. It is at these times there can be real value in stepping out of that space and have someone objectively guide you through a process that unlocks the situation, and enables you to move forward again. That holds true whether we are talking about a therapeutic intervention or a coaching conversation”

• Clare, Chichester
“Lance inspires trust. He quickly creates a relationship with his clients that allows open and frank dialogue to take place. Bringing a wealth of both personal and business experience to the table. Lance is able to add value in resolving predicaments and, at the same time challenge the habitual thinking that perhaps created it in the first place”

Sessions/Fees
I offer an initial phone call prior to booking the first session particularly when someone is still deciding whether counselling/therapy is right for them. However, some clients prefer to wait until their first session and talk then.
Please allow 90 minutes for the initial session, after this we agree together both the length of the next session (60 or 90 minutes) and how long is needed until the next appointment (if required).
The aim of the therapy is to help you move on in your life as quickly and as effectively as possible, this is why I don’t ask you to sign up for a set number of sessions.
The human givens approach is fluid and flexible, thus allowing us to use the techniques that are best suited to your needs, whilst working within the human givens guiding framework to help you in as fewer sessions as possible.
The session fee is £65 for an hour and £80 for an hour and a half. The initial session fee is £65
Payment is by cash, or BACS transfer by arrangement.
